How Are Rates and Quotes Calculated? Do You Have a Rate Guide?
A. My quotes and rates are tailored to each project. There are several factors that influence my quotes and rates:

TV, Radio, Internet/Web Advertisement, Streaming
Social Media Posts (Organic vs. Paid)

b. Market (region) – where will the content be viewed or listened to
Local, Regional, National, or International/Worldwide
c. Length of Time – how long will the content be used
3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years+, or a Buyout
d. Fast or Rush Delivery (within or less than 24 hours) or Flexible Deadline
e. Length of Project
Words, Minutes, Hours

My rates are based on industry standards outlined in the GVAA Rate Guide and Gravy for the Brain for other countries. Rates are quoted in USD, Euros, or British Pounds.
What if I Have a Budget?
A. I am always willing to negotiate. I understand that budgets can be limiting and you only have so much money to work with. If you need more information as to why my quote or price is a certain amount, we can always jump on a phone call or video meeting.
Do You Offer Group Rates?
A. If you have multiple videos for a particular project, I am happy to offer a group rate.
What If I Want a Live Directed Session?
A. I use a variety of programs for directed sessions like SourceConnect Standard, ipDTL, Zoom, Google Meetings, Skype, Microsoft Teams, Bodalgo Call, Zencaster, and Cleanfeed. We can easily use one of those or a program that you prefer.
I Have a Deadline. Can You Finish This Project in Time?
A. Absolutely. For smaller projects, I offer a twenty-four-hour time frame, but I can usually complete jobs quicker. For larger jobs, I offer a seventy-two-hour window. I am in the Eastern Standard Time Zone and am happy to work earlier in the morning or work a little later for my clients around the world. If I have all the scripts, information about the usage of this voiceover, and your specific file requirements (.mp3, .wav, etc.) then we can easily get this project done as fast as possible
How Will My Files Be Delivered?
A. Files will be delivered securely via WeTransfer or through cloud platforms like Google Drive and Dropbox.
What If I Have Pickups or Re-Records?
A. My rate includes one round of minor pickups (under 50-100 words, depending on the length of the project.) Any additional pickups are a $150 (USD) charge. For major or complete re-records of the script, I charge 50% of the original rate.
What Payment Methods Can I Use?
A. My invoicing software, Quickbooks, has an option to accept payment. I also use Paypal, Stripe (for card payments), Wise (for international currency or easier wire transfer), Wire Transfer/Bank Transfer (Voices by Nadia bank details are sent securely to you via email), or whichever payment platform you prefer.

What if I Want to Hire You Through Your Agent? Are You Represented?
A. Yes, I have representation both nationally and internationally. If you would prefer to work through one of my agents, we will start an email conversation and I will CC them to the email thread.
